I hope you never change the way you are as you would be hard …

I have to write this letter due to your kindness and compassion with Murphy. My daughter Terri was beside herself as this dog is her baby boy after her husband had passed away over 11 years ago.

Today it is very hard to find a doctor who really cares before and after whatever the problem may be. From the front office to yourself, everyone was just so wonderful; polite from the beginning to Murphy coming home, it was always like being with family.

I always believe if the help is good and caring in the front office, you can be sure the Doctor is going to be excellent. What can I say except Thank You to all who cared for Murphy, but also took the time to answer the phone so many times and to care enough to even give us a hug. Besides being the doctor to perform operations and explain everything that could happen, either god or bad, his heart is full of love and respect for his animals and families.

I hope you never change the way you are as you would be hard to replace from what I have seen.

So from my family, and especially Terri, we will always remember you and how you cared. Have a good day and once again, thank you.

How refreshing

For once in my many years of owning a pet, I have finally found the greatest veterinarians at Bay Shore Animal Hospital. They are skilled, thorough, and the most compassionate team all under one roof. They offered so many services. They where willing to work with my economic condition without making me feel like I was compromising on my pets care. I would not go anywhere else after this experience!!!

Best Vet on Long Island!

Normally I do not write reviews but this one is very necessary. I cannot explain in words the kindness that comes from the staff. The doctors at this facility are extremely caring. They cared for my dog like it was their own dog. After my dog got surgery, he came home smelling and looking clean, because they gave him a complimentary bath, which I was not expecting, but very happy about. The vet techs are experienced.

This facility also offers boarding. My husband and I went on vacation for a week, and we left our dog here. We were so nervous. When I came to pick my dog up, he didn't want to leave. The staff gave him so much love. I will never board my dog anywhere else.
