About Us
Dr. Dratch 
Dr. Dratch has been practicing veterinary medicine for more than 30 years. During 10 of those years, he has practiced emergency medicine and surgery in an ER Hospital on Long Island. His love of veterinary medicine and his ongoing effort in continuing education for himself and his staff is what keeps his practice current and state-of-the-art. Dr. Dratch and his family share their home with two pugs, Roxy and Pebbles, a French bulldog named Sparkplug, and a wonderful, brilliant golden retriever, Chester, rescued from the Guide Dog Foundation
Dr. Terrel
Dr. Terrel has been an advocate for animal rescue since she began practicing veterinary medicine 19 years ago. She continues to assist different rescue organizations today. Dr. Terrell is a compassionate doctor with a genuine concern for her patients and their owners.
Dr. Joshua Dratch
Dr. Joshua Dratch is the newiest member of the pratice. His passion for radiology, specifically ultrasonography, and his interest in new technologies have already proven beneficial to the Bay Shore Animal Hospital.
